Lamb Weston – Hermiston
JH Kelly acted as the design build general contractor for the construction of this new 291,000 square foot french fry facility for Lamb Weston in Hermiston, OR. The finished plant processes 1.15MM pounds of potatoes daily from receiving, sorting, cutting, blanching, frying, freezing, packaging and truck load out. In addition to the primary facility, the project included a 33MM Gallon Anaerobic Digester with a Membrane BioReactor and Reverse Osmosis water treatment system capable of processing the 1.1MM gallons of process water used by the plant daily for facility reuse. JH Kelly self-performed all scopes except excavation, insulation, roofing, and office finishes.
