JH Kelly was subcontracted by DPR Construction to provide piping on a data center for Inflow Communications in Portland, Oregon. The building included 12,000 square feet of IDC area, two 150-ton chillers, nine 26-ton air handling units, two 13-ton air handling units, and a 2,000 kVA diesel generator with a 3,400 gallon fuel tank.
