JH Kelly provided the mechanical and plumbing work scopes on this 600 room hotel in downtown Portland. The facility has two ballrooms, three full kitchens, meeting rooms, and a multi-level parking structure. 100,000 lf of pipe and 2,100 plumbing fixtures were installed. Site constraints presented many challenges: there was no laydown area, a light rail track on one side, a major thoroughfare on another, and I5 on the third.
