JH Kelly provided design-assist, wet mechanical, and plumbing services for this 21-story mixed-use tower. The project includes a 3-story underground post-tensioned concrete parking structure, 335 apartments plus 58,000 sf of retail space (Block 101), and a sanitary water treatment system (NORM - Natural Organic Recycling Machine). Our scope also includes mechanical and plumbing services on the 17-story office tower central utility plant renovation (Lloyd 700 Building). JHK self-performed all of the plumbing, HVAC piping, and equipment installation.
