Clearwater Paper is a northwest pulp and paper manufacturer that was created in 2008 as a spin-off of Potlach Corporation. Clearwater Paper produces private label tissue products for major grocery chains and supplies more than half of the store-brand bathroom tissue, tissue towels, and napkins in North America. JH Kelly scope included: EOP storage area, civil and structural work, high-density piping utility bridge, as well as Balance of Plant (BOP) work, piping, electrical controls.
