This project was for the removal and replacement of a spiral freezer processing frozen shumai at Ajinomoto Frozen Foods facility in Portland, OR. It included the removal of the existing freezer, civil and plumbing improvements, structural and envelope modifications, installation of the new freezer and upstream and downstream process equipment. This project was performed in close proximity to three other operating product lines and included facilitating the installation of other process equipment including a steamer.
