JH Kelly has worked at three different campuses for this confidential aerospace parts manufacturer, their large parts campus, investment casting facility, and wax casting pattern production facility. Over a multi-year relationship, JH Kelly has provided design/build and site programming services and our craft have performed equipment setting, furnace rebuilds, process line replacement and upgrades, structural steel upgrades (to facilitate new equipment and new doors), upgrades to natural gas service lines, HVAC & plumbing maintenance and upgrades. We have also performed or managed exterior beautification (including siding, painting, and roofing), concrete walkways, asphalt and striping, framing, sheet rock, paint, and insulation scopes of work. In addition, JH Kelly recently constructed a new 3,000 sf equipment and parts storage pre-engineered metal building and a pre-engineered metal building addition to house automated parts sorting equipment.
