JH Kelly was recognized by Phillips 66 Ferndale Refinery for achieving 10 years of Injury Free work in 2019. Performing over $100MM in work over that 10 year period, our company is proud to work on such a complex site with zero injuries for over a decade.

The Phillips 66 Ferndale Refinery is located on Puget Sound in Ferndale, Washington, approximately 20 miles south of the U.S.-Canada border. It processes a variety of domestic and foreign crude oils, including Alaskan North Slope, Canadian and U.S. shale crudes.
