New Project – KCRB Knight Cancer Research Building!
Fresh off the opening of the new Collaborative Life Sciences Building, Oregon Health & Science University has awarded the next phase of construction on the South Waterfront — the Knight Cancer Research Building (KCRB). Andersen/McCarthy were selected as the general contractors, and JH Kelly was awarded the wet-side plumbing scope of work.
KCRB will be located just north of the Collaborative Life Sciences Building, currently a surface parking lot along Southwest Moody Avenue. It will allow the Knight Cancer Institute to consolidate under one roof from about four buildings up on Marquam Hill.
JH Kelly is proud to partner with OHSU once more to further their mission of world-class medical research and higher education.
