JH Kelly Apprentice Wins UA Local 290’S Steamfitter Apprentice 2015 Award
For the fourth year in a row, JH Kelly apprentice Dallas Crone won UA Local 290’s Steamfitter Apprentice competition. The competition included plan reading, detailing, rigging, screwed pipe, solder/brazing, and layout, cut, tack and fit. The two-day event contributes towards practical credit for the turn-out exam. Dallas will compete at the regional competition in June and a shot at nationals in Michigan in August.
Dallas is a 10th term apprentice at JH Kelly and member of the Safety Committee.
