From 72″ large-bore, extra-heavy wall, carbon-steel pipe utilizing sub-arc welding (SAW), to 1/4″ orbitally-welded stainless steel tubing, our process piping capabilities cover a broad spectrum of material and weld specification in varied code-requirements.
We maintain 300+ pipefitters on our payroll with craft supervisors averaging 25 years of industry experience across a diverse customer base. This field experience is enhanced by a deep bench of in-house BIM/3D CAD designers and 200,000 sq ft of fabrication and module assembly facilities with over 300 qualified weld procedures.
Self-Performing Piping Fabrication
We self-perform 1,000,000+/- process piping man-hours each year and have strategic relationships with multiple process piping suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery to meet your project schedule requirements.
In 2019, JH Kelly fabricated over 100,000 diameter inches of welded process piping systems for oil, gas, pulp and paper, food processing and chemical customers in WA, OR, ID and MT.
