Craft Supervision Training

Client relationships often begin and end with front line craft supervisors. The ability to clearly communicate while effectively managing a safe and productive workforce is paramount to success.

JH Kelly’s has a multifaceted approach to craft supervisory training:

  • Includes nationally recognized names in the industry like John Koontz,
  • Turbo Leaderships Skills seminars
  • In-house training lead by JH Kelly senior management with 30 + years of experience in the industry

Personal Growth Development

With a focus on continual improvement, ongoing training enables our management and craftspeople to better understand bigger picture career issues such as project controls, customer deliverables, multi-trade estimating, and proprietary JH Kelly methodology.

  • We develop our own curriculum, focused on those areas most relevant to our successful construction practices in addition to taking advantage of formal training offered through industry associations with the Mechanical Contractors Association (MCA) such and the Institute of Project Management and the Advanced Leadership Institute.
