The Warner Creek Correctional Facility is a 400-bed men's minimum security prison located in Lakeview, OR. JH Kelly is providing mechanical services for the central power plant, four inmate housing units, large kitchen, medical facilities, metal and wood shops and an administrative building. In all, the complex's buildings totaled 110,000 square feet. The project was completed in September 2005.
