Pre-Installation of Platforms and Process Piping Prior to Column Erection  Tesoro Benzene Reduction 2

JH Kelly is performing the Inside Battery Limits (ISBL) and the Outside Battery Limits (OSBL) work scopes for a new Benzene Reduction Unit at the Tesoro Refinery in Anacortes, Washington. As the generalcontractor for the project, JH Kelly's selfperformed work scope includes civil, structural steel, ASME code work, mechanical piping, and instrumentation.

The Benzene Reduction project is being constructed in compliance with the EPA’s target for benzene percentages in gasoline.

Fluor provided detailed engineering for both the OSBL and ISBL scopes. The project began in January 2010 and is scheduled to be completed in June 2011.
