St. John Medical Center 1968 Tower Renovation
Longview, WA

JH Kelly is performing the mechanical services for the 1968 tower renovation. This is a floor-by- floor remodel in an active hospital environment taking approximately eight months per floor to complete. The renovation includes a new Birthing Center with private rooms; a Critical Care Unit (CCU) comprised of 18 universal private beds; an expanded Emergency Department; renovation of the three Medical/Surgical/Cardiology floors comprising of 16 semi-private rooms per floor that will be fitted with support space and a family support area; and the newly renovated Behavioral Health Unit will include additional beds as well as semi-private rooms and psychiatric intensive care rooms. The project is scheduled to finish in the Spring 2010.

Mechanical work includes the installation of air handling equipment and all associated pumps, heat exchangers, piping and other mechanical installation such as medical gas and plumbing systems.
