Meriwether Towers Exterior Meriwether Towers Exterior Aerial

JH Kelly provided design-build mechanical and plumbing services for the twin Meriwether Towers in Portland's South Waterfront district. The towers (21 and 24 stories each) sit atop a two-story underground parking structure. The first above ground level houses retail tenants as well as single and two-story townhouses. Above those are approximately 250 condominiums.

We self-performed all of the plumbing, HVAC piping and equipment installation. Also in our scope of services were the water treatment, water and air balancing, and HVAC controls.
