JH Kelly provided commercial mechanical services at Mercy Medical Center's 90,000 square foot addition. The expansion included space for 38 new patient beds and additional square footage to improve patient comfort and staff efficiencies in the Imaging, Emergency, Intensive Care and Critical Care Departments and the Operating Suites.

As the mechanical contractor, JH Kelly installed all of the HVAC, plumbing, and medical gas systems on this project.

The project was completed in Summer 2005.
