JH Kelly performed the civil and structural work scopes for the #7 Paper Machine at Georgia-Pacific's Wauna mill.

Civil work began in late 2006 and consisted of approximately 12,346 cubic yards of concrete installed;  2,317,211 pounds of installed rebar; 3,277 tons of steel
