With the construction of the new Children's Hospital and existing utilities exceeding their capacity, Legacy Emanuel is adding a new North Utility Plant that houses eight HVAC pumps with room to add one more; two chillers at 1,250 tons each; three cooling towers at 833 tons each; two boilers with 17,640 mbh output with room to add one more; and a 40,000 gallon fuel oil system.

JH Kelly will install large bore 20" condenser water piping; 14" heating and 18" chilled water piping.
