JH Kelly provided complete mechanical services for the medium security component at the Deer Creek Correctional Facility. This section has 400,000 square feet with 1240 beds. Mechanical services were installed in the central power plant, housing units, large kitchen, medical facilities, vocational shops and central vacuum for the sanitary system.

The entire facility sits on 253 acres in Madras, OR. This project was completed in December 2007.
