VANCOUVER, WA – JULY 30, 2010 -- JH Kelly, LLC announced today that it is self-performing the wet mechanical and plumbing services on the new Kaiser Westside Medical Center.  The work scope includes the new tower (273,000 square feet) and central utility plant (26,000 square feet).  The tower includes 65+ patient rooms, new operating rooms and new recovery rooms.  A tunnel with all the utility piping between the central utility plant and the tower contains the following systems: chilled and heating piping, steam and pumped condensate, natural gas and medical gas piping (oxygen, medical air and vacuum).  The project is scheduled for completion in May 2013.
