JH KELLY CONTRACTED FOR MECHANICAL WORK SCOPE AT NEW LEGACY EMANUEL CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL |
| |
|
VANCOUVER, WA - June 4, 2010 -- JH Kelly is providing the plumbing, HVAC and medical gas piping work scopes for a new ten storey tower addition to Emanuel Hospital. The new tower is approximately 340,000 square feet with 176 patient rooms. It is on the existing Emanuel campus therefore there is limited lay-down area and there are critical tie-ins to the existing hospital required. These include steam, condensate return, chilled and heating water and medical oxygen, air and vacuum. The new tower adds a patient corridor from the existing hospital to the burn center. The project is scheduled for completion in January 2013. JH Kelly is a fourth generation, family-owned construction company that self-performs industrial general contracting services at process plants and provides commercial mechanical services at facilities throughout the greater Pacific Northwest. Our project teams are made up of great people and their ability to plan and execute challenging projects has resulted in a loyal customer following and national safety awards.

JH Kelly is a 4th generation family-owned construction company serving the greater Pacific Northwest. We function as a self-performing industrial general contractor at process facilities. Our reputation for completing difficult process piping jobs is well known throughout the region and our success has led us to offer 3rd party services as a piping fabricator or module fabricator. Our integrated project approach includes self-performing concrete placement, functioning as a steel erector and providing equipment setting, millwrighting, and electrical services. For commercial HVAC projects, we can be found under tower cranes providing trade services as a plumbing contractor or mechanical contractor on a subcontracted basis. |
