VANCOUVER, WA – September 10, 2008 -- JH Kelly, LLC announced today that it had reached substantial mechanical completion at the PeaceHealth Sacred Heart Medical Center in Springfield, Oregon.

At over 1,000,000 square feet and 440 patient beds, the new replacement hospital is the largest in the region.  JH Kelly provided the plumbing, HVAC wet side and medical gas systems to the building.  470,000 lineal feet of pipe were installed on this project.

The 160-acre site was purposefully designed to preserve the existing wetlands and trees with a scenic, healing environment with a patient and family focus while allowing for operational efficiency, flexibility and expansion potential.
