Starting with the design development process and continuing through construction and occupancy, JHK has experience managing buyer upgrades and modifications to the unit layout.  Our teams integrate these real time changes into the mechanical/electrical/plumbing CADD coordination documents in order to maintain the master project schedule and budget.  Additionally, our project teams provide the general contractor, architect, and owner with value engineering and constructability suggestions to minimize scope creep and control the budget.
