CAD Coordinator/Piping Detailer This position supports design and construction activities by preparing coordinated AutoCAD layout drawings that show final equipment locations and major piping and duct runs while identifying potential trade and structure routing conflicts. As these routing conflicts are resolved, the CAD Coordinator/Piping Detailer creates slab penetration drawings, locates equipment pads, and prepares detailed isometric and spool drawings to support pipe fabrication and installation. Upon project completion, this position is responsible for completing "red-line" as-built drawings and submitting them to the customer. Please make your request in the message box.

Cost Control Engineer Project controls person responsible for functions including planning, maintaining cost and productivity records, meeting customer and company requirements and other duties as assigned by the Project Manager or the Superintendent. Position is typically required only for larger field sites.

Estimator Position Summary Prepares and coordinates preparation of estimates on large projects. Primary responsibility for estimating and turnover procedures including bid breakdown, set up, tracking and communications throughout the estimating process. Field Piping Engineer This position supports field crews by identifying layout conflicts, writing RFI's, assembling work packages, and documenting test, flush, and system checkout. Field Piping Engineers report to the Project Engineer on large projects and the PM on smaller projects.

Information Technology Technician The primary focus of this position is to maintain the uptime of all server and network resources. Additionally, this person supports and assists internal customers with the necessary knowledge and understanding to correct computer hardware and application problems. This position entails some travel.

Project Manager Responsible for planning, organizing, directing and controlling a construction project (or projects) and for other duties as assigned by the Senior Project Manager or the Operations Manager. For detailed description please make your request in the message box.

Project Safety Professional Assigned to a project to coordinate JH Kelly's Safety and Loss Control Program, and also ensure compliance with all state, federal, and client requirements.
