JH KELLY TO CONSTRUCT THE LARGEST BIODIESEL PLANT IN THE US IN ABERDEEN, WA

LONGVIEW, WA – October 27, 2006 -- JH Kelly, LLC announced today that it has been selected as general contractor for a 100 million gallon per year biodiesel plant, the largest in the United States, in Aberdeen, Washington.  The project is scheduled to be on-line in summer 2007.
