JH KELLY TO CONSTRUCT MINT FARM ENERGY CENTER POWER PLANT

LONGVIEW, WA – June 26, 2006 -- JH Kelly, LLC announced today that it has been selected as general contractor for a 311MW natural gas-fired combined cycle power plant in Longview, Washington.  New owner, Wayzata Investment Partners, recently acquired the partially completed facility in a bankruptcy sale.  The plant is scheduled for completion in July 2007.
