JH KELLY REACHES 1 MILLION MAN-HOURS WITHOUT AN OSHA RECORDABLE INJURY AT CONOCOPHILLIPS REFINERY

PONCA CITY, OK -- August 19, 2004 -- JH Kelly, LLC announced today that it reached the one million man-hour mark without an OSHA recordable injury at the ConocoPhillips Refinery in Ponca City, Oklahoma.

The exemplary safety record on this project received numerous awards including the 2004 Oklahoma Governor's Safety Award the 2004 National Maintenance Agreements Policy Committee (NMAPC) Zero Recordable Injury Award.
