11.25.03 Crews to Begin Work on the Cowlitz County Convention Center JH Kelly was awarded a multi-million dollar contract to construct the new Cowlitz County Convention Center. Crews will begin work in early December on the 40,000 square foot addition and remodel of the existing Fair Grounds multi-purpose building. The project is scheduled to be completed July 2004. As the prime contractor, the JH Kelly project team will self-perform the concrete, structural steel, plumbing and HVAC.
