LONGVIEW, WA – In a mutually agreed upon decision, JH Kelly recently sold substantially all of the Northwest assets (including major contracts) of LCG Co. LLC (Loerke Construction Group) to Salem-based Pence/Kelly Construction, Inc. 

"Working with Terry Loerke and LCG has been a positive experience," said Dan Evans, JH Kelly Chairman, "Both of our companies have become better for working with each other.  However, as we narrowed our business focus, it didn’t make sense for JH Kelly and LCG to be financially tied together.  LCG has found a good partner in Pence/Kelly."
