The results are based on confidential responses from employees.  They are asked to judge their company in several dimensions:  Attraction & Retention, Organizational Communication, Working Environment, Decision Making and Supervision, Performance Management, Rewards and Recognition, Employee Benefits, Career Development and Training, and Leadership.

JH Kelly received above average ratings in all of these dimensions.  More than 90% of the respondents said that they were proud to work for their company, their supervisor treats them with respect, and would rate JH Kelly as a better place to work than other companies they know about.
